This strategy is GREAT! I made over 130 pips with it already. Everyone should buy this ebook, it's well worth the money.
This book contains an easy to follow foreign exchange trading strategy. The detail and charts that the author includes will have you up and running this strategy in no time. I recommend this book to any trader or aspiring trader that is looking to find their edge in the markets.
I have been trading the forex market for about 4 years. Eur/Gbp in a Nutshell is a great and well thought out book. I have been trading under this strategy for a month and a half. It is now apart of my regular swing trading portfolio. One thing I have learned is the simpler your strategy the higher your probability for success. Eur/Gbp in a Nutshell accomplishs that theory. Case and point, out of my last 5 trades; 1st trade, +5pips(moved to break even to soon. Ended up going another 80 pips), 2nd, +80pips, 3rd, stop out -40, 4th, +5pips (break even), 5th, +125pips(closed this out 6/4/2012)..So, depending on your leverage you are paid over a 1 per pip from this pair. If you want to make some money and learn in the process, this is the book. One thing you should understand. This pair is a slow moving pair. You will need to have patients to play..;)
Whether you're a seasoned fx trader or just starting out, this book is a great addition to whatever you already know or may learn in the future. The author manages to encapsulate a great and effective trading strategy that is easy to follow, logical, and best of all if you have the discipline to follow the directions-it works. The book does a great job of showing how to reliably select order entry, and exit points using a single indicator.
I have been trading for more years than I care to admit. At one time I held active securities licenses as a registered rep. and registered principle for general securities and options(series 7, 24, and 4). I have been exposed to all manner of trading strategies, analytical techniques, and trading styles. KISS definitely applies as a successful approach to the market. This book captures that beautifully.
It may not be the only book you read about trading. And, it may not be the only approach you take when applying your trading plan. But, it should definitely be part of your bag of tricks. For the price (about 10 pips of a mini contract), it's a steal and will be well worth your time and attention.

Ms. Sanchez is rather disingenuous when she states she uses only one indicator (a 25 period Simple Moving Average of 4 hour bars).First of all she opens a trade on the 4th bar completely above the SMA. Then a trade or two later she opens one on the 5th bar. No real reasoning mentioned behind it - just seems like intuition which is not a strategy. But she seems to only enter a trade using the "single indicator" if there are Ascending or Descending triangles, doji or deathstar candlesticks, etc. preceding the "Signal". So it's not one indicator but several with no rules given (e.g. if you don't feel good about a trade don't take it)!
She does give good advice on not opening a new position on a Friday and perhaps taking profits if you are in a position.
I received this book as part of the "Prime" borrow a book program. It certainly is not worth $9.99 and not even a free borrow.
Beginners need to stay away from this book as it may encourage you to try trading the Forex market by using intuition or a 'seat of the pants approach'. You are guaranteed to lose your shirt right off the bat.

Pros good ma setting and the staying out part can help keep away from losing trades.
